01. Description of Services
Media buyers are looking to transact agentically using a Buyer Agent talking to a publisher Seller Agent. Boostr offers a Seller Agent using the Ad Context Protocol (AdCP), which enables Customers to transact agentically from the RFP to invoice process. Use of the Boostr Seller Agent requires a valid and subsisting subscription to the applicable Boostr services. Customers may elect to use some or all of the following services:
- Configure Seller Agent parameters and guardrails
- Configure AdCP product catalogs and rates
- Authorize Buyers and Account setup
- Receive RFPs
- Respond to RFPs
- Receive Insertion Orders
- Approve Insertion Orders
- Revise Insertion Orders
- Traffic Creative into AdTech systems
- Submit Publisher 1st Party Delivery Data
- Receive Agency 3rd Party Delivery Data
- Generate Invoices
02. Fees and Payment Terms
- Monthly Usage Fees - at the end of each month, boostr will total the invoice amount across all IOs submitted to Boostr Services through Seller Agents (Qualified IOs) after Customer has closed their monthly billing process in the Boostr Services. This total amount of Qualified IOs will be the Monthly Eligible Amount (MEA). Monthly Usage Fees due to Boostr will be calculated by multiplying the MEA by the percentages specified on the applicable Order Form, multiplied by the MEA for the prior month.

03. General
- Boostr is not responsible for the availability or operation of the Buyer Agents except for processing requests to Seller Agents.
- Boostr reserves the right to discontinue the Seller Agent in its entirety or any of the services provided through it on forty-five (45) days prior written notice to Customer in the event the AdCP protocol ceases to exist.
