Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically adept Solution Engineer to join our passionate team at Boostr.com. As a Solution Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our sales team and our client's technical needs. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with the sales and product teams to understand the client's business requirements and challenges and then design and present tailored solutions using our advanced software platform.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Consultation: Engage in pre-sales discussions with potential clients to understand their technical needs and business requirements. Provide expert advice and technical expertise to prospects, demonstrating the value of Boostr.com's solutions.

Solution Design: Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to create innovative and customized solutions that align with the client's specific objectives and maximize the utilization of Boostr.com's platform features.

Product Demonstrations: Conduct live demonstrations of our software to showcase its capabilities and address client inquiries effectively. Tailor demonstrations to suit the unique needs of each prospect, highlighting the most relevant features and benefits.

Proof of Concept (PoC) Development: Work closely with clients during the PoC phase, building and implementing custom configurations to validate the efficacy of the proposed solution and ensure seamless integration with their existing systems.

Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the customer, relaying valuable feedback and insights gathered from client interactions to the product and implementation team for continuous improvement and feature enhancement.

Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the advertising and media domain to better address client needs and maintain Boostr.com's competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the media/publishing industry or experience as a Solution Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar role selling into the media industry.
  • Solid understanding of software development and implementation processes.
  • Familiarity with advertising technology, media sales, or publishing industry practices is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to address unique client requirements.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for building strong client relationships.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
